100 Day Earring Warranty

We offer a 100-day warranty on all our earrings.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us here with a photograph of the defective item and your order number. Our team will review it and, if eligible, offer a complimentary repair or replacement.

If upon inspection we find that the damage isn’t due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll let you know and, if possible, offer a repair quote.

Please note:
Our warranty applies only to items purchased directly from IMBER, by the person named on the order receipt. If the piece has been altered or repaired by another jeweler, the warranty will be void.
